Hernan Garcia

Hernan is the co-founder and COO of Arx. With a background in architecture and design, Hernan brings a deep understanding of the built environment and the challenges facing the industry to the team.

He is passionate about using technology to democratize access to data and decision-making tools for real estate professionals, with a goal of catalyzing the development of an equitably built world.

Hernan received his Master in Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and his B.A. in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a licensed Architect in the State of Florida.
